We seek the evolution of Argentine trufficulture that is why we developed a tree nursery and a technical laboratory to achieve quality mycorrhizal plants, complying with standardized processes that allow us to know the evolution of our plants from the inoculum until they are delivered into the hands of those who decide to start a truffle plantation.

Here we develop and control the inoculum of our plants.

This place that meets the hygiene standards requirements and necessary protocols to achieve a quality inoculum.

Furthermore, this place is where we internally control the development of mycorrhizae in the roots of our plants.

Nursery

Here each of the plants that we inoculate in our laboratory germinate and develop.

Our nursery is equipped with the appropriate technology to monitor and control the environment where the host plants of the black truffle grow. Allowing us to better understand at every moment how our plants are throughout their evolution, and be able to quickly provide them with what they require at each stage of their development, which we accompany with the experience of professionals in truffle farming.

The plants will spend up to 10 months in the greenhouse and then continue their robustification period outside, so that they can arrive in the field prepared to be planted and begin their development in the selected site.

Optimal and controlled development

Technology

In our facilities we have an autoclave to sterilize the substrate that we use in our seedlings, in this way we achieve temperatures higher than 120°C, leaving the substrate free of contaminants. And ready to be used both in mycorrhizal seedlings and in plantations, to make truffle nests to improve yields.

Sterilization

To improve the development of our plants and promote mycorrhization, we use technology to ensure an optimal and controlled environment from the moment we germinate until the plants are ready to be planted.

Our Equipment:

• Forced ventilation to cool our greenhouse.

• Heating to provide an adequate temperature

• Microcontrolled climate to control variables at each stage of plant development.

• Electric generator to avoid stops in the development of our plants due to power outages.

All this technology is at the service of each of the truffle plants that we germinate, inoculate and develop in our nursery.
